Studio Cherry provides architectural services to private, public and commercial clients. In the course of delivering our services we collect personal data from clients, other consultants and suppliers.

We collect your personal information face to face during our initial meeting, over the phone, by email, social media, SMS or other digital messaging or post.

We also retain contact details for anyone we have met at a business meeting or networking event, when business cards or emails have been exchanged.

We collect data from visitors to our website using google analytics and the contacts page when you contact us with an enquiry.

Our website contains links to other social media websites that are outside of our control and are not covered by this Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you that will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.

With whom we share your data
In the performance of our contractual services and duties to you we may pass your data on to third parties for the following purposes:

• Assisting you in obtaining quotations and appointing the relevant consultants for your project
• Applications made on your behalf to the planning authority, building regulations or other statutory bodies
• Obtaining advice, information and quotations from third party suppliers of products and services directly related to the design and delivery of your project
• Tendering and appointing contractors for your project

We will not pass your personal data on to other third parties for any other reason without your consent unless we are obliged to disclose personal data by law, or the disclosure is necessary for purposes of national security, taxation and criminal investigation.

How we protect your personal information
Studio Cherry are committed to ensuring that your personal information is stored safely and securely. All devices on which we store your information electronically are encrypted and password protected.

All paperwork containing your personal information is securely stored and safely destroyed when no longer required.

How long we keep your data
We will only hold your information for as long as is necessary to conduct our business, unless you change your preferences or request your data to be removed at an earlier date. Our policy is to retain data for the duration of the six-year liability period following the completion of our services to you. Following the end of the six-year liability period we will delete your data from our database.
